The 32nd Cardiff Ice Cream Social is tomorrow, May 3rd. Thought I would post something about it since Greta and I have been buried in the planning if the I.C.S. Actually Greta has been neck-deep and I am just here to support her efforts, she’s amazing. The art above is one small part of the big event and I wanted to put something up to thank the artist. A few months ago Ferris Plock agreed to donate his talents to the I.C.S. I knew of him through his shirt illustration for Aleks’ surf shop so I asked if he could donate his amazing skills to our event. He didn’t think twice and despite being super busy with gallery openings, Ferris and Kelly Tunstall collaborated and delivered a fun and unique illustration. Thanks Ferris and Kelly, everyone loves the shirts. THE I.C.S. is from 10am-3pm Saturday, May 3rd, at Cardiff School. drop in for a scoop. Oh yeah, shirts will be available at the I.C.S. for only $10, more than 50% of sale goes to Cardiff schools.
